PAULINE GUERRIER

Pauline Guerrier, born in 1990, is a protean and timeless French artist. From her travels and researches, she draws ancestral techniques, ageless rituals, in search of links between societies and Men. Her works make visible what unites us and question the present in the light of the past. With no medium of predilection, working as much the art of weaving, ceramics or stained glass, any material is good for ritualizing and mystifying. His work, extended in time, space and psyches, is ready to see a plural and harmonic world, in which an aesthetic and meditative ambition, of a syncretic and modest sacredness, sounds and resounds.

Graduated from the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in 2014, her pieces have been shown at international fairs and are present in renowned collections: at the Villa Datris, the Fondation Zinsou, and the Domaine des Etangs. She lives and works in Paris and is represented by the FOCO gallery in Lisbon.

Born November 27, 1990 in Clamart, France, Pauline Guerrier lives and works in Paris. She is the first child of an artist couple. Her father, a sculptor, and her mother, a choreographer, make her discover the pleasure of creating with her hands.
